Matt Jannings joined Pathways in 2026 as Executive Director. He brings more than a decade of nonprofit leadership focused on expanding opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Most recently, he served as Chief Program Officer at Boone Center, Inc., where he grew and led multi-site employment programs supporting hundreds of individuals across Missouri and Illinois. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from McKendree University and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership from Webster University. When not supporting the St. Louis region’s growth through mission-driven work, Matt is spending time with his wife and three children and is sure to be found outdoors training for an upcoming running event. He lives by a personal motto to “Help More People.”
