Become a participant

Become a participant and gain access to the many courses, events and resources we offer individuals with complex cognitive disabilities.

Interested in joining our program?

Next Steps:
1. After filling out this form, a Pathways staff member will call or email you to discuss programming and eligibility.

2. If the applicant seems like a good fit for Pathways, an “initial meeting” will be scheduled. This meeting could take place in person or over Zoom. This meeting allows the applicant to hear about Pathways first hand, share about their interests, and to have a familiar face at upcoming trial events.

3. The applicant would have a chance to try a limited number of Pathways events before deciding if they would like to join.

4. If the applicant decides they would like to join, an intake meeting would be scheduled.

Pathways to Independence currently has a waitlist for St. Louis County residents. We encourage you to submit an inquiry to obtain and submit an application to be put on our waitlist, and schedule an initial meeting with one of our staff to learn more about the program.

We do not currently have an estimate of when spots may open for services. However, in the meantime we will be offering drop-in social events for individuals on the waitlist to familiarize themselves with our program and have an opportunity to socialize while waiting.
